Eugene’s Tires Started off nearly 40 years ago, the owner opened up a small towing business in downtown Fredericksburg, later on in the early 90s he opened up Eugene’s Tires Center on Route one by Massponax church road. In early 2000s he relocated to Thornburg VA in Spotsylvania VA, where he is now.
